These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern text message (SMS) communications sent from Rinami Incorporated ("Rinami," "we," "us," or "our") United States telephone numbers. By engaging in an SMS conversation with a Rinami employee or by replying START to a Rinami number, you accept these Terms.

1. Brand and Service Description

Rinami provides software and technology services. Our US SMS service is operated exclusively for conversational, person-to-person communication:

• Employee-to-employee communications when our usual internal communication tools are temporarily unavailable
• Communication with clients and customers who prefer SMS as their method of contact for support, coordination, or operational matters

This service is not used for marketing, promotional or bulk messaging. Conversational messages are sent by individual Rinami employees using their assigned US business phone numbers. You may also receive automatic messages confirming that you have opted in or out, or providing support information when you reply HELP.

Rinami sends conversational SMS messages only to recipients who have agreed to communicate with us by SMS. We do not send unsolicited text messages.

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

Messages sent via this service are conversational and may include:

• Project and operational updates relevant to your engagement with Rinami
• Customer support follow-ups and responses to your queries
• Internal team coordination (employee-to-employee only)
• Service delivery communications directly related to work in progress

3. Message Frequency Disclosure

Msg frequency varies. There is no fixed messaging schedule. The number of messages you receive depends on your conversation with a Rinami employee. You may also receive an initial service message, opt-in or opt-out confirmations, and responses to HELP requests.

4. Message and Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Rinami does not charge a fee for SMS communications. However, your wireless carrier or service provider may charge standard messaging and data rates. Please contact your carrier if you are unsure of your plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from any Rinami number at any time by replying with one of the following keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or CANCEL.

Because this is a person-to-person communications service, opt-out requests are specific to the conversation between you and the individual Rinami phone number you are communicating with. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent from that number. You may reply START at any time to resume the conversation.

Rinami will not use another phone number to bypass your opt-out request.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number and message content will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy below for full details.

8. No Warranties

The SMS service is provided on an "as is" basis. SMS delivery is subject to network availability and carrier limitations. Rinami does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free message delivery.

9. Amendments

Rinami reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the SMS service constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

This SMS Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to text message (SMS) communications involving Rinami Incorporated ("Rinami," "we," "us," or "our") United States telephone numbers. It describes how we collect, use, and protect information arising from our SMS service.

1. Information We Collect

When you communicate with Rinami via SMS, we may collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• The content of SMS messages exchanged with Rinami personnel
• Date, time, and delivery status of messages
• Records of opt-in and opt-out requests

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through the SMS service solely to:

• Facilitate the person-to-person conversation you are engaged in with a Rinami employee
• Respond to support or service inquiries you submit via SMS

We do not use your mobile number or message content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your direct communication with Rinami.

3. How We Share Your Information

• Providers that deliver your text messages, including Microsoft, which provides the technology for our SMS service
• Third-party technology vendors who assist in the technical delivery and operation of the SMS service, solely for that purpose

Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Rinami reserves the right to disclose information as required by law, regulation, or valid governmental or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rinami, its employees, or others.

4. Summary of Consumer Data Use and Sharing

To be explicit in accordance with 10DLC carrier requirements:

• Consumer mobile numbers are used only for the purpose of delivering person-to-person SMS communications
• Consumer data is not used for marketing or advertising
• Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for any marketing purpose
• Data is shared only with service delivery partners (telecommunications providers and platform vendors) as described above

5. Data Retention

SMS records and associated data are retained in accordance with Rinami's internal data retention policies and applicable law. Data is held only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required for legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations.

6. Security

Rinami implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information associated with our SMS communications. No method of electronic communication is completely secure; however, we take appropriate steps to protect your data against unauthorised access or disclosure.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may opt out of SMS communications from any Rinami number at any time. To opt out, reply any of the following keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or CANCEL. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent from that number. Reply START to resume at any time.
